Tottering is a 4 season house, open and bright in the summer with ceiling fans in every room, AC in the kitchen when needed. A gas fireplace in the kitchen for chilly spring and autumn mornings and cold winter days. The house has extra insulation so it stays warm and cozy in winter when there is a storm roaring outside and cool in summer with the porches on 3 sides for shade and relaxation.
